The National Qualifications Authority adopts a 100% remote working strategy with its employees

Since Thursday 26th March 2020, the National Qualifications Authority (NQA) has successfully adopted a 100 % smart remote working system to enable all its employees to perform their duties from home.

H.E. Mubarak Saeed Al Shamsi, Director General of the National Qualifications Authority, said that the NQA had earlier developed and amended its business continuity plan by training the employees of each department together with their direct line managers to work remotely in an effective manner while adhering to The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) guidelines and systems.

He explained that the success of the National Qualifications Authority employees in effectively applying the system to work remotely reflects their keenness to perform their tasks and responsibilities under any circumstances based on their sense of national responsibility and their enthusiasm to continue working in accordance with the highest standards.
